  Kristina Wong is an American comedian known primarily for her work as a solo theater performer, performance artist, and actor. She identifies as a feminist and her work often tackles themes regarding race, sex, and privilege, often in conjunction with the Asian-American experience, through a satirical lens.   Don’t ask Kristina for her opinion unless you’re prepared for an onslaught of well-prepared critiques as she cleverly mauls conventional wisdom relating to race, playing out in America today.

  Kristina is the elected representative of Wilshire Center Koreatown Sub-district 5 Neighborhood Council in Los Angeles.      Kristina’s current pandemic project is the Auntie Sewing Squad, a national network of volunteers sewing masks for vulnerable communities.    The experience of erecting this remote factory in ten days at the start of the pandemic is the subject of Kristina’s current performance

which she is developing as a New York Theater Workshop Artistic Instigator.

Monday October 5th go to Joltradio at 10-AM for an insight to this truly passionate comedian and public official.

We’re starting our 5th year with joltradio after airing re-runs since the Ides of March. The guest list for the show has dramatically increased with Buzz having been kicked screaming into the 21st Century with the ability to record shows from the home studio.
