On June 3rd On the Record and Off the Wall a joltradio interview show with Buzz Fleischman has a round table discussion with C.D. Flash, an ecological activist with Ploppy Palace Productions and medical marijuana proponent who has produced the Medical Marijuana benefit concerts for many years. He is also a Board Member for Love The Everglades Movement. Also joining the conversation is Mitch Mestel, a bassist extraordinaire! He plays ‘Urban Swamp Music’ with the legendary band ‘Iko Iko‘ and ‘Ugly Truth’. The ‘Walkin’ Catfish’ (So named by iconic Florida singer/songwriter and environmentalist Valerie Wisecracker) has also been a race car driver and instructor, real estate appraiser & residential real estate expert witness and, of course, talks about the politics he’s very passionate about.
Let the facts fly in the face of repeated republican lies! We’ll discuss the failure of the Fl. Legislature to fully implement our voter’s will to give ex-cons the right to vote, the medical marijuana issue, our ecology in danger and other pressing subjects
Coming up on June 17th we welcome Dr. Robert Gastón, OMD an MIT graduate and national board certified Doctor of Oriental Medicine with extensive hospital/clinical experience in acupuncture and herbology. If that weren’t enough, he is also an ordained Kagyu Tibetan monk and teaches meditation at the Open Awareness Buddhist Center in Miami and has taught advanced Oriental Medicine courses at the Acupuncture and Massage College in Kendall, FL.
He has also authored four major texts on Oriental Medicine and constantly lectures on the benefits of Oriental Medicine and Meditation. He actively dispels misinformation that is ubiquitous in the US medical establishment and I’m sure that conversation will open your mind! Dr Robert also owns and operates the Quan Yin Medical Center in Miami Shores, a family practice of Oriental Medicine and Meditation.
When he isn’t lecturing he sings opera too!!
Truly, Dr. Robert is a Renaissance man of today.
