Behavioral health educator Dr. Barbara Udell visits ‘On the Record and Off the Wall’

Barbara has earned a Masters in social work and at 60, received her PH.D. in Behavioral Health Education. This former Director of Lifestyle Education at the world famous Pritikin Longevity Center will speak about stress, burnout, anger, communication skills, retirement, aging sleep, love and intimacy. We’ll also discuss alzheimer’s disease and dementia, two challenges which have become more prevalent in our society. Alzheimer’s causes a gradual decline in memory, thinking and reasoning skills.
