This former Director of Lifestyle Education at the world famous Pritikin Longevity Center will speak about stress, burnout, anger, communication skills, retirement, aging sleep, love and intimacy. We’ll also discuss alzheimer’s disease and dementia, two challenges which have become more prevalent in our society. Alzheimer’s causes a gradual decline in memory, thinking and reasoning skills.
