CBS News confirmed reports that President Trump brought a studio audience to his visit with the CIA last Saturday.
Authorities are also pushing back against the perception that the CIA workforce was cheering for the president. They say the first three rows in front of the Presidential audience were largely made up of ‘supporters’ of Mr. Trump’s campaign.
“Whoa! Wait a minute, said Press Secretary Sean Spicer, “This is part of the president’s initiative to bolster the workforce. We added a couple of hundred temp workers here. They may go back to the un-employment office tomorrow, but they had ‘gainful’ employment today.
Whenever the President addresses the public, he’ll have a ready-made audience of local out of work citizens earning at least minimum wage to cheer him along. With his ego, he needs that, and don’t we want a president who feels good about himself?”
