Monday July 17th at 10AM On the Record and Off the Wall, a deep interview show with humorist Buzz Fleischman on http://www.joltradio.org welcomes Richie Minervini, a national touring comedian, actor and former owner of Long Island’s legendary premier comedy club, The East Side Comedy Club. Richie’s the opening act for and long-time friend of TV and movie stars Kevin James and Ray Romano and his club was where celebrities, Rosie O’Donnell, Jay Leno, Eddie Murphy, Kevin James, and Ray Romano started their stand-up careers.
Among his film appearances are Grown-Ups, Grown-Ups 2, Paul Blart, mall Cop and Mall Cop 2. Watch for Richie in the upcoming season of Kevin Can Wait. We’ll dig for the back story on some comedy giants.
