American Airlines has new revenue stream with an extra charge for bumpy flights

American Airlines ‘investigated’ their third incident of a row of loose seats on another one of their flights. Spinning the news with a humorous twist, they said, “No one left the cabin during the flight. We arrived with the same number of passengers we took off with”.
In what might become an extra revenue stream for the beleaguered airline, they have attempted to charge passengers for a ‘thrill ride’ when seats they were sitting in became loose and started vibrating. Passengers were startled when their seats started vibrating during the flight and they had not even inserted a quarter for the ride. An airline spokesman said, “If this works out, were thinking of charging the entire plane when we hit an air pocket. Of course we look out for the safety of our passengers but who doesn’t enjoy a sudden jolt every once in a while? It’s better than a cup of espresso”.
A plane en route from Chicago to London made an unannounced stop at Shannon Airport in Ireland after a report of smoke in the cabin but it was found to be passengers fuming over high baggage fees.

A family of gophers was found to inhabit an engine on American Airlines after a take-off from Iowa. They did not have tickets and were ejected from their new home.
