As the scientist in a commercial for milk...in Russia!

Here's the good news and the bad news. 148 million Russians will know my face but none of them will know my name! The director and I hit it off well. He spoke Russian with very little English, and I spoke English with very little Russian. His interpreter spoke neither. It was a fun shoot. I don't know what the commercial was all about, but if I ever travel to Russia, I won't have to worry about what to drink! Europe has always been good for me with commercials. I guess I look like 'everyman'. Years ago I was the 'poster boy' for Keiser Beer in Austria with billboards and a series of TV commercials. We shot the spots in a bar in Vienna. It was drink, shoot, drink, shoot, drink, shoot. I never saw the commercials, but I hope the crew remembered to load the cameras. I think we all had a great time.
